F.A.Q.'s When will I receive my item? Most items ship 24-36 hours after we receive your Order. Orders placed today by 8PM EST will ship tomarrow- unless it's after 9PM EST Friday-those ship Monday and if the post office is closed, obviously it's Tuesday. Priority Mail takes 3 full days from Florida to many states and a Sunday or holiday may be involved in addition to the 24 hr processing so please shop early. If your address is unconfirmed we'll email you to confirm your address so check your "Inbox, junk & spam" mailboxes and reply soon so your order will ship on time and please double check your address. If we don't receive a reply to an "address confirmation" email within 3 days your Order will be cancelled and refunded.  Delivery Confirmation (tracking) is included and Orders over $40 or with a P.O Box come with signature required for your protection. Packages over $75 are insured. Allow extra days for bad weather in route to your state from Florida and for holidays. International Orders:Delivery confirmation (tracking) is not available outside of the USA with First Class mail but you'll receive a Customs number should you need your Post Office to check on a package for you. Priority mail with ins is available for $29.95. Int'l orders over $50 with First Class mail are usually shipped in separate packages for your protection.With extra security measures at our borders, some Countries Customs departments may take longer, especially during holidays.  How do I pay for an item?  MC,Visa,Discover,Amex,PayPal.  Click "checkout" and you'll continue to the very secure PayPal site to charge with any of the above charge cards. You DO NOT need a PayPal account. To pay with a credit card, when you get to the Paypal sign in page, click "don't have a paypal acct" then fill out your shipping /credit card info, click continue. You must go through all of the "Continue" buttons and your order is not submitted until you click a "Pay Now" button. Your information is secure and all we see is the amount you paid, your items and shipping/ email address.With Paypal you never have to give ANY merchant your credit card information. We do not take credit cards over the phone as Paypal  works much faster and does it all- including converting foreign currencies. They will send you a receipt that you have sent an order to us and you will also receive a receipt in your package. If it's a gift,tell us in the comment box at checkout and we won't put prices on the receipt. Florida residents pay sales tax. PERSONAL CHECK: Contact us if you'd like to pay by check so we can hold the item and it doesn't sell out before we receive your check. We take checks within the 48 Continental USA states. Allow 7 business days for checks to clear before shipping. Returned check fee:$28 E-CHECKS: ( purchases made by Debit card) take 5- 6 days to clear. As soon as it clears your order will ship. How do I return an item? No problem! If you're not happy, we're not happy. Email us at  Service@backstageattitudes.com  so we can correct it and give you mailing instructions. Items must be received within 45 days for a full refund and 60 days for exchanges. Obviously, we can't refund postage as the post office has that.   Is ordering from your site secure? We only use your email  for questions concerning your order and never sell or exchange emails or info.  Your shopping cart goes through the SECURE Paypal site and we only see is the item purchased, price, email and shipping address.
