Our Policies are quite painless Payments accepted:  Preferred: MC,Visa,Discover,Amex,PayPal.  Cashiers check, Personal checks in the USA only. Charge your Order Click "checkout" and you will continue on to the VERY SECURE PayPal site to charge with ANY of the above charge cards. You do not have to  have a PayPal account  and all of your information is secure. The only information we receive is the amount you paid, the items you want and  the shipping address. Personal check:  Please allow 7 working days for check to clear before shipping. Returned check fee $28. Visit our "Contact Us" page for payment shipping address and to inquire about  availability of an  item as it could sell before we receive your check. By notifying us, we can put it aside for you. E-Checks take 4 days to clear. As soon as it clears your order will be shipped.  Florida residents pay 6.5% tax at checkout. Shipping: Most items ship between 24-48 hours and deliver by First class mail  in 2 to 4 business days with delivery confirmation. Please allow for holidays when the post office is closed.  RETURNS / EXCHANGES: No problem ! Return your item within 30 days with a copy of your receipt to receive a  full credit, refund or exchange. Obviously, we can't refund the postage but we charge NO restocking fee. We,too, shop online and we know how WE would like to be treated. PRIVACY: We will only use your email  for questions concerning your order or  rarely an occassional holiday special. We never sell or exchange emails or info or use a service that collects such information. We do have cookies  like most sites to determine the demographics   in search engines.  This helps us  to keep our inventory updated and determine which regions of the country or countries are interested in certain items so that we can  increase our quantities at certain times of year. We Do Not see your name or  email address. For example: we will only see how  many times the state of Virginia"looked at the acoustic guitar earrings page.,etc SECURITY:     Your shopping cart goes through the SECURE Paypal site and the only info we see is the item purchased, price, and the shipping address. You do not have to have a PayPal account...just use ANY card that we take. We value our customers and want them to be safe.  SPECIAL ORDERS:  Drop us  a comment through our "contact page" and tell us what you'd like  so we can make it to your specifications or we can check with our vendors to see if we can find it for you. We 'll even email you a picture of the  item for your approval before you buy with no obligation. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Occasionally we may be out of  stock  due to demand or the uniqueness of an item. Usually we can get the items in within a week unless it's discontinued or back ordered at the vender. Contact us for quantity availablility when ordering more than one of the same item as some of our items are "one of a kind". WARRANTY: We service what we sell. For one year, should you need any work done on your handcrafted  jewelry, just email us and tell us what is needed. Say, if  you lost an earring- we could get you a spare at a minimal cost  if the item is still available.  ***One year warranty applies to handcrafted jewelry.  Any item will be refunded within 30 days upon  receiving the merchandise if not satisfied.
